Foundation Directors Dr. Elizabeth Chan and David Day met with Gen. Macairog S. Alberto, the Commanding General of the Philippine Army, and Col. Krisnamurti Mortela at Fort Bonifacio to review GRMF capacity-building initiatives for the Philippine military. Earlier in the day the GRMF Directors also met with Secretary of Defense Delfin Lorenzana at Camp Aguinaldo to discuss the same.
