Charles "Charlie" Goodwin, was sworn in by Chief Federal Judge John Michael Seabright at a special ceremony in a U.S. District Courtroom in Honolulu. During Charlie's tenure with the FBI, he was involved in a wide range of FBI actions and cases throughout the Asia-Pacific Region.
