The Philippine Secretary of Defense, Delfin Lorenzana, invited GRMF’s Chairman and CEO to a special meeting at Camp Aguinaldo in Manila. Also in attendance was the Deputy Secretary of Defense, General Cesar Yano. The meeting was focused on the Marawi crisis with Secretary Lorenzana personally briefing the Founding Directors on the background and complexity of the Marawi siege, the refugee situation, and the challenges faced in the rebuilding of the urban core of the city.
