Foundation Directors Dr. Elizabeth Chan and David day met with Philippine Secretary of Defense Delfin Lorenzana at Camp Aguinaldo to review GRMF capacity-building initiatives. Later that same day, the GRMF Directors also me with Gen. Macairog S. Alberto, the Commanding General of the Philippine Army, and Col. Krisnamurti Mortela at Fort Bonifacio to review the same.
